We ship everything out using the USPS in a timely manner. We use the shipping you choose, and all items are tracked. Parcel, media mail and ground items usually deliver within 5-7 business days. Priority and express usually deliver within 2-3 business days, once shipped. Please allow for 1 business day of handling. Tracking information is emailed to you when the order is shipped.
Full refund offered within 30 days with return of the product. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% of the refunded item's value will be deducted from the total of the refund. Please contact us with any issues prior to initiating a return.
